CHIROPRACTIC
Chiropractic is a health care delivery science based on the principle that our nervous system acts as a vehicle of communication within the body, and when balanced properly allows our body to express its natural state of health. Distorted communications (i.e. trauma, degeneration, overuse and such) within your body can cause all kinds of health problems. This distortion or subluxation is removed by the chiropractic adjustment.
CUSTOM MOLDED ORTHOTICS
Every step you take tranmits stress, pressure and jarring forces up through the joints of your body, especially into the feet, ankles, knees, hips and low back. Orthotics are a device put in your shoes to help you disperse these forces from making their way into your body and creating a new problem or exacerbating an old one. The Custom Molded Orthotics offered by Dr. Lynch are effective, durable and moveable from shoe to shoe.
He spent an entire summer researching this particular brand and has used them personally since 1993. Clients report decreased pain in feet, knee and back. Athletes report increased balance, stablity, and endurance. Consider adding these orthotics to your pain solution plan, prevention plan, quality of life plan.
ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is the ancient eastern system of health care. Meridians, or channels of energy that flow through the body, can become blocked like a river dam causing excess or "flooding" of energy in some areas and deficiency or "drought" in others. These areas of imbalance create physical, mental, and emotional symptoms. Hair-sized needles, pressure, or electric stimulation applied at specific points along the meridians create balance in the system, therefore restoring health.
ZERO BALANCING
Zero Balancing(ZB) is a hands-on body/mind system designed to address the body's structure, including bones, joints and muscle, with its energy, that which animates the structure. Using a feel-good pressure touch, Zero Balancing addresses stresses and tensions in the entire body/mind/spirit, from head to toe, inside and out. It proves to be an excellent hands-on technique to integrate and enhance the overall experience of feeling well-being as it stands alone or in support of regular chiropractic and acupuncture care.
